The official Super Street Fighter IV blog has been teasing at an announcement for the next character unveiling (an announcement of an announcement? Maybe Kojima works for Capcom now!) for the hotly anticipated title update. While today Capcom also posted a link on the site stating the headline “New Super Street Fighter IV Art and… a new challenger?!” Coincidence? Hmm! The Street Fighter nuts at Shoryuken.com went and translated the post and if they are to be believed the announcement for the unveiling of the character should arrive next week. The news should also be appearing in Japanese gaming magazine, Famitsu around the same time. Accompanying the announcement is a cropped image of Street Fighters leading lady getting hit by what looks like a focus attack and the prime suspect conveniently cut out, typical right?!
