The official Playstation 3 blog has announced details of the latest in a long line of firmware updates for the console.
Apparently it will include “additional security features” which an educated person might take to mean “stopping those jailbreaking pirates!”.
Piracy is never good for anyone who loves gaming, but it’s not going to be fun updating PS3 firmware even more often whilst Sony and the pirates play the same cat and mouse game that we experienced with the PSP. Let’s hope this firmware update closes that gap properly!
