First Half Of WWE All Stars Roster Officially Revealed

THQ have stepped out from behind the curtain and gone on the record to reveal the first half of the roster of WWE Superstars past & present who will be playable in the new arcade style wrestling title – WWE All Stars. The line-up ranges from such recognisable icons of the sport as “The Immortal” Hulk Hogan and “Macho Man” Randy Savage, to new rookie stars like Jack Swagger and Kofi Kingston.

The full list of wrestlers announced so far is:

Current Superstars:

  • Rey Mysterio
  • John Morrison
  • The Big Show
  • Kofi Kingston
  • Sheamus
  • Randy Orton
  • Jack Swagger
  • Kane
  • Edge

Classic Superstars:

  • Andre The Giant
  • “Macho Man” Randy Savage
  • Bret “The Hitman” Hart
  • Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat
  • The Rock
  • Hulk Hogan
  • The Ultimate Warrior
  • Sgt. Slaughter
  • Eddie Guerrero
  • “Rowdy” Roddy Piper
  • Jake “The Snake” Roberts

On the official website there is a Roster page which lists the currently revealed Superstars. Each Superstar will have their own biography page and exclusive videos can be found here showing off their ring entrance moves. I addition to that, THQ have put together a series of clips to demonstrate the new over-the-top special moves each wrestler can execute in order to finish off their opponent. The video below shows Hulk Hogan’s finishing move, but don’t forget to check out the Godisageek Youtube channel for a whole host of new WWE All Stars videos. WWE All Stars will be released on March 29th in North America and April 1st across Europe. It will be available for Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2 and PSP.
