Prey 2 Teaser Trailer Revealed
Developers Human Head Studios and publishers Bethesda Softworks recently made the somewhat surprise announcement that a sequel to their 2006 first-person shooter Prey is now in the works. The sequel is currently slated for release sometime in 2012, but nothing firm has been announced. The original game featured some aspects of Native American folklore integrated into the framework of a first-person shooter and in true action game tradition, of course alien bad guys make an appearance.
Excited about the game? The teaser shows no in-game footage, but gives us a taste of the atmosphere that Human Head are looking to instil into the title. From what is shown in the trailer, it looks like supernatural powers and alien forces are going to make a return in this game. Don’t hesitate, check out the trailer below:
Prey 2 is currently due to be released at some point in 2012 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
