Crazy new Rayman Origins Trailer direct from Gamescom
Although we were all a little disappointed to hear the news at E3 that Michel Ancel is not currently working on Beyond Good & Evil 2, and we would have to wait a while longer for that game to be completed, it was a nice surprise to see the return of Rayman, to his 2D platforming roots. The game features both single and multiplayer gameplay, allowing for drop-in, drop-out four-player co-operative action – much in the same vein as that seen in New Super Mario Brothers on Wii.

Rayman Origins will be released on November 18th for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and 3DS. A PlayStation Vita version will also follow upon the release of that console in March 2012.
