Get Ready To Get Down With James Brown In Dance Central

by on August 11, 2011

Harmonix aren’t content with Dance Central being one of the top-selling titles on Kinect. In the same way that they have constantly supported their other main franchise – Rock Band – with lots of lovely DLC, the development team are still releasing new songs and dance routines for Dance Central, even though Dance Central 2 is looming on the horizon. This week, it has been confirmed that three new tracks will hit your Xbox 360 on August 16th – tow of which are more modern grooves, whilst the last is an absolute classic.

The three new tracks are:

  • Lloyd – “Get It Shawty”
  • Sean Paul – “Get Busy”
  • James Brown – “Get Up (I Feel Like Being a) Sex Machine, Pt. 1”

All of the tracks will cost 240 Microsoft Points, and can be purchased through the in-game store, or over the Xbox LIVE Arcade. All downloaded tracks will also be fully compatible with Dance Central 2 when it is released later in the year. These new tracks take the total number of downloadable tracks to 29, whilst there are another 32 tracks on the retail game disc – so there is no reason to stop dancing.

Dance Central Is Available Now, exclusively for Xbox 360 Kinect
