New Darksiders II Screenshots Released The first Darksiders game was a pleasant surprise, one that left members of the GodisaGeek staff extremely excited about the possibilities of a sequel. So we’re understandably excited about these new screenshots.

Vigil Games are once again at the helm for Darksiders II, which will apparently take place during the same time period as the first game, with it already being confirmed we will be playing as Death, whereas War was the protagonist from the first title.

“Is he the end of man? Or the beginning?” We don’t know, so sit back and enjoy these nine new screenshots, which we think you’ll agree, look pretty damn nice.

Darksiders II is set for release in June for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. A Wii U version has also been confirmed.
