Latest Zumba Fitness Game is out TomorrowThere’s Just Dance, there’s Dance Central and of course, there’s Zumba. The Zumba Fitness franchise sort of came out of nowhere about 15 months ago and has sold by the bucketload! 505 Games announced today, that the series has sold over 6 million copies worldwide. Which in itself is a massive achievement, but when you put it up against two established franchises like Dance Central and particularly Just Dance, it becomes even more impressive.

But, that wasn’t the only announcement that 505 Games had today. They’ve also reveled that the next game in the Zumba Fitness franchise is coming tomorrow. Zumba Fitness Rush, which is exclusive to Xbox 360, will incorporate the Kinect and will have the most features in a Zumba game to date. It will have 10 additional routines, 3 new instructors, 5 new venues and 42 brand new songs.

They’re will also be two DLC packs that will come later this year for the game. A Bollywood styled pack that has 3 songs will be available from May and September will see a hip-hop pack that also has 3 songs included. They will both cost you 400 Microsoft points respectively.

Ralph-Pitt Stanley, who is the General Manager UK & Export at 505 Games was incredibly excited at this announcement, “We’re incredibly excited to be releasing Zumba® Fitness Rush on Kinect…The title’s exclusive additional content and post-launch downloadable content promise fans of the dance-fitness phenomenon a truly comprehensive experience. With additional support from Microsoft, Zumba Fitness Rush is positioned to be another success story for the Zumba Fitness brand.”
