After only one week at the top of the Charts, the unpronouncable RPG Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning has bombed down the charts to the number twelve spot. Taking its place at the top of the charts is the third entry into the MMA fighting genre from THQ, UFC Undisputed 3. The title becomes the first THQ title to reach the top spot in the UK charts since the First Person Shooter Homefront was released almost a year ago.
Sadly, Catherine has now dropped out of the top twenty, and indeed, the top forty – after only one week – giving some creedance to the trend that quirky, inventive games which recieve critical acclaim and deserve to sell well, don’t necessarily connect well with the public.
