For those who pre-order Sniper Elite V2, we reported the news last month that you will be on the receiving end of several pre-order incentive items. Read about the rest here, but the one which stand out most is outlined below:
Assassinate The Führer mission – The ultimate mission. The ultimate shot. Kill Hitler.
Intel has been received that Hitler is returning from Berchtesgaden to Berlin via his personal train. Players must intercept the train as it waits at the station and take down the Fuhrer as he hastily makes way for the station on foot. There is only a single opportunity for players to do what so many wish had been done – take out the leader of the Third Reich.
With a piece of DLC so controversial and one which captures the imagination so vividly, Rebellion had to put together a trailer to whet the appetites of gamers everywhere. Well wait no longer, see the trailer below:
Sniper Elite V2 will be released on May 4th for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 & PC.
