UK Charts – Ghost Recon Makes it a Third Week at Number 1
Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier joins a rather exclusive club this week, as it becomes only the third title this year to spend three consecutive weeks at number 1.
Yes Tom Clancy’s stealthy third-person shooter has equaled FIFA Street’s three weeks on top, and is only one week away from matching FIFA 12’s four.
Max Payne once again finds himself sat in 2nd position, just ahead of the ever popular FIFA 12, who makes it three non-movers at the top of the chart. Battlefield 3 continues to play leap frog with Modern Warfare 3, another shooter albeit of a different nature sits inbetween them, Sniper Elite V2 continues to sell well in 5th.
Nintendo’s E3 press conference may have failed to wow gamers but it still managed to make an impact, Wii Fit Plus saw an incredible 279% increase in sales, reentering the top 40 at number 31.
