Sleeping Dogs on PC: Graphics and Team Fortress 2 Surprise
As we all know, games will always look better on PC than on consoles. Square Enix, however promises some real eye candy with sharper details, better shadow effects, more detailed items in the distance and the support for Screen Space Ambient Occlusion. There are performance enhancements for both dual and quad core setups and a bunch of Nvidia and AMD specific enhancements and customisation options.
Now the surprise. A pre-order bonus in the form of a Team Fortress 2 add-on to be specific. If you pre-order your copy over Steam, you’ll get the Team Fortress 2 Triad Pack which will include a bunch of stuff like scouts will get chopping with a comically oversized cleaver, pyros will conk enemies over the head with a neon sign and so on. There’ll be a new Hong Kong themed King of the Hill map alongside with new hats, tattoos and all that. You’ll also get a few Valve themed skins in Sleeping Dogs.
