Halo 4 With just two months to go until the release of Halo 4, 343 keeps the hype machine pumping with the release of a new ViDoc, as well as details of a new multiplayer map.

Yes that’s right, it really is just two months until we get our latest dose of the big, green hunk of metal that is the Master Chief, as Halo 4 hits Xbox 360 November 6th. 343 have seen fit to release another ViDoc, this time taking us through how the story for Halo 4 was developed, why it was developed in such a way, and basically, how awesome it’s all going to be.

343 have also sent over details of a new multiplayer map, titled EXILE, here is the official blurb;

Miraculously, the survivors of the UNSC Diadochi’s violent crash managed to not only recover provisions from the vessel’s debris field, but also use it as a makeshift shelter for several years. When rescue and recovery teams finally arrived, they were surprised to discover a healthy, burgeoning community thriving within the ship’s remains. Now this wreckage serves as a battleground in War Games. ‘Exile’ is an earthy, circular canyon bed interconnected by a network of caves and favoring fast-paced vehicle combat, while still offering frantic, on-foot action.

Sounds good, right? 343 will be debuting a video at tomorrow’s PAX-Prime event that will show off Exile in detail, as well as revealing what it is describing as reimagined “Capture the Flag” and “Oddball” modes, and the addition of the community-created “Grifball” mode.

We’ll keep you posted on all the details here at GodisaGeek, in the meantime, check out the ViDoc for yourself, below.
