Disney Interactive had previously announced Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two for release on xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii and 3DS, but now they have announced that the game is also coming to Wii U.
The game will launch on the all-new console on November 30th, the release date for the Wii U overall. The game will feature high definition graphics, as well as some exclusive features for the new console.
players using the Wii U GamePad will be provided with a fully detailed, real-time map of Wasteland on their touchscreen, which will be marked with a series of waypoints and markers which will guide them as they go, as well as keeping track of side quests etc. They will also be able to access and deploy sketches via the screen – powers that will help them make their way successfully through the stages.
Bill Roper, vice president of Disney Interactive stated that; “It’s exciting to bring Nintendo fans ‘Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two’ on Nintendo’s revolutionary new game system… The technological advances of the Wii U system have allowed us to enhance player direction and provide our fans with an immersive as well as unique gaming experience.”

Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two will launch in the UK on November 23rd, for Xbox 360, PS3, and Nintendo Wii. Also released on the same day will be Disney Epic Mickey: Power Of Illusion – exclusively for Nintendo 3DS. The Wii U version will release just one week later on November 30th.
