Jeremy Soule’s soundtracks are gorgeous. Morrowind is my favourite game of all time, and listening to it during gameplay or even on its own never gets old for me. Skyrim is terrific too. As for the Fallout soundtracks… I wasn’t a fan. That’s because I liked Mark Morgan’s take far better (he did Fallout, Fallout 2, Planescape Torment and is currently working on the score for Wasteland 2). Fortunately his stuff appears again, remastered, in Fallout: New Vegas, but it doesn’t seem to be listed on the iTunes version. Still, if you pick up Fallout 1 and 2 from GOG.com, you’ll get the soundtracks.

Shame the Skyrim soundtrack is so expensive, though. Yes, you get ~50 tracks, but still…

Despite being someone who is as much a music fan, as I am a video game fan – I’m struggling to think of any memorable tunes from these games. I’m a bad man, Bethesda.

I’d buy the Skyrim soundtrack in a heart beat; if I didn’t already have it :P
