It’s another year and another LEGO game is due to be released in the Autumn, this year, however, it’s the game that people have been begging for since Tt Games started dabbling in comic book based LEGO games back with LEGO Batman; LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. A lot of people will be curious just how some of the more famous landmarks in the Marvel Universe will be translated into the LEGO visual style and the guys over at GameInformer have partially answered that question with an interview with the game’s Assistant Game Director Steve Sharples where he shows us how the team have recreated the iconic Stark Tower, home turf for Iron Man and – in recent years at least – the rest of the Avengers.
Now I’m curious as to how other locations will translate, Baxter Building anyone? Perhaps the Negative Zone itself. We can only dream.
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is due to be released in the third or fourth quarter of 2013 on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Windows PC, Wii U, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita.
