New God of War: Ascension Live Action Trailer Sets the Scene
Live action trailers are cool, right? Well, the ones that cost lots of money to make are, anyway. Enter ‘From Ashes’, the new live action trailer that builds up the hype for upcoming God of War prequel Ascension.
We all loved the Halo: Forward onto Dawn trailers, and it’s fair to say that the From Ashes trailer released today for God of War is up there in terms of production values.
The trailer sets the scene for the story of God of War: Ascension which sees Kratos tricked by the god Ares into killing his family (must have been some trick, right?). Kratos seeks his freedom so that he can avenge the death of his family, so he must be tested if he is to gain this right.
