Conker’s Bad Fur Day Designer at Work on Wii U Game
He was the lead on both Conker’s Bad Fur Day and the Xbox reissue Live & Reloaded. On top of that, Christopher Seavor also penned the crude script and was the man behind the squirrel’s voice.
It now appears that his studio Gory Detail, are creating a brand new game for the Wii U, as Seavor’s recent tweet states (via Game Informer):
“WiiU devkits ain’t cheap and it’s lookin likely @GoryDetail is gonna need 3 at some point this year (that’s top secret btw) heh!”
Rare parted ways with Seavor in January of 2011 and the designer took a year out from the industry before returning with his own independent studio and their first game – Parashoot Stan. Whilst this won’t be a new Conker title, I’m sure many of the games’ fans would enjoy an adult-themed, cartoony platformer in the same vein. There’s certainly a gap in the market.
