Grand Theft Auto V Listed as a PC Game by Retailers

by on May 7, 2013

At this point in time, Rockstar have only confirmed PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of their upcoming Grand Theft Auto V title, however thanks to Gematsu, we’ve seen that some retailers have listed the next GTA as a PC release, as well.

Amazon.de and Gamesonly.at both have the September 17 release down as a Personal Computer game. On top of that, a poster on German fan forum GTA Xtreme claims that a special edition of the game (Uncut Edition) will also be available to potential buyers and include the following:

– Steelbook with exclusive artwork
– Map
– stunt plane challenges
– Online Store perks
– bonus outfits
– Bonus Tattoos
– Special Powers Booster
– Exclusive weapons

A PC version of Grand Theft Auto will undoubtedly come out. There has been some speculation that the reason Rockstar is holding back is because they want to announce a PC-PS4-Xbox 720 version at the same time, but that’s mere rumour at this point.

But, PC gamers needn’t worry. You’ll be able to drive over plenty of pedestrians on your expensive rig, just like the rest of us.
