To say that European gamers have had to wait a while to get their hands on Persona 4 Arena would be an understatement. Released in both Japan and North America in the summer of 2012, it was one of very few games that was region locked on PlayStation 3.
This means that if you didn’t have a North American or Japanese PS3 console, you weren’t playing it. Luckily, we have been playing it for a while, but with the European release finally happening this May, we thought we’d take a look at the EU build of the game, run through the tutorials, and chat about it.
So that’s what we’ve got here, an extensive look at the tutorial section, as Sean and myself chat about what we’re seeing, then a quick arcade mode fight to finish off the video. Our review of Persona 4 Arena will be published nearer the UK release of the game, but it’s safe to say that it’s pretty bloody good!
Persona 4 Arena is available now in Japan and North America, and will be released on May 10 in Europe – for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
