Armikrog Reaches Kickstarter Target

Following our news earlier this week about the addition of a Wii U stretch goal, Pencil Test Studios inc. have revealed today via Kickstarter that they have met their original goal of $900,000, a remarkable achievement.

“Hi everyone–As many of you might already know, we’ve just hit our funding goal!!!

We are incredibly humbled by the support that you, the Backers, have given to this project. Here at the studio we are excited (and relieved) that we’ve made it this far, but we’re also excited to know that all of you will now get to play Armikrog…a game that some of you have waited years for!

So, what’s next?!? We’re still focused on our Wii U stretch goal–there’s not much time left, but we’ve seen amazing things happen in the last 24 hours, and you all have given us a reason to believe that we can still accomplish more!!!”

The total, including the Wii U stretch goal, is within sight although they only have a few hours left to meet it. As of the time of writing, the total sits at over $940,000 – still $10,000 shy of what’s needed.
