First Trailer Shown For The Walking Dead: 400 Days

All of the little teaser images that we have been drip-fed over the last week by Telltale Games have finally come to a head, as the company have confirmed the impending release of a new standalone title – The Walking Dead: 400 Days.

It has been revealed that the game will be a single downloadable episode, that revolves around five storylines – following five new survivors. These different story branches can be played in any order by the player, and will both be influenced by your choices in the first season of The Walking Dead: The Game, whilst also having an influence on what will happen in the second season, when that arrives.

The title looks set to be coming to all of the same platforms that the first season appeared on, as well as the PlayStation Vita – which will also be receiving a limited edition console bundle that includes the entire first season of The Walking Dead: The Game, as well as 400 Days.

More Walking Dead certainly can’t be seen as a bad thing, and the limited one-episode format could allow Telltale to explore their story-telling talents in a different format – like a series of short stories. We can’t wait for this one.
