Bethesda Not Developing Anything For Wii U

You would think the studio behind Fallout would sympathise with those trying to survive in a barren landscape, but apparently Bethesda won’t be helping out Wii U owners with a new game anytime soon.

Speaking to MCV, Bethesda marketing VP Pete Hines addressed the lack of games in development for the troubled console while also discussing future titles including Elder Scrolls Online and The Evil Within.

When asked what Nintendo’s Wii U needed to do to appeal better to Bethesda Hines replied: “It’s a number of factors. The truth is, it’s not something that we are currently developing for. I don’t know whether that changes down the road or not.

“It depends on the games that we are making and how we think it aligns with that console, and how the hardware aligns with the other stuff we are making. We will see.”
