PlayStation 4 Supports PlayStation 3 Headsets
It really looks like Sony are doing all they can to ensure that the PlayStation 4 is an attractive option to consumers; especially those who are already loyal PlayStation 3 customers.
This weekend is the San Diego Comic Con (SDCC); a mecca for fans of comics, action figures, movies, television and games. Sony intend to be there with the PlayStation 4, and an official has confirmed to Polygon that their new console is fully compatible with the PlayStation 3 wireless headset. The PlayStation 4 already comes with a mono earbud headset in the box.
This is in stark contrast to Microsoft’s plans for the Xbox One, which doesn’t come with a headset (as the system is focusing on Kinect use) and existing headsets aren’t compatible.
No doubt we’ll hear more PlayStation 4 news as SDCC commences this weekend.
