Sledgehammer Games Rumoured to be Working on Next Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
With all of this Call of Duty: Ghosts talk, Modern Warfare seemed like a distant memory in Infinity Ward and Activision’s mind. But, wait!
A Playst4tion.com forum user (via VG247) has posted an image of Sledgehammer’s senior VFX artist Rob Valdivia’s LinkedIn CV. The information – which has now since been removed – on Valdivia’s profile page was pretty forthright:
“I work at Sledgehammer Games where I’m responsible for developing photo real visual effects for the next Call of Duty – Modern Warfare release.”
Is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 destined to be Activision’s 2014 game in the series? But, where would that leave Treyarch and Black Ops? Do you want to see a continuation of the Modern Warfare franchise? Let us know in the comments section, below.
