Wasteland 2 Finds A Publisher
Upcoming crowdfunded RPG, Wasteland 2, will be published by Deep Silver, according to reports from EuroGamer today. The company will take on a number of responsibilities including distribution and handling the Kickstarter rewards. The Dead Island publisher will also help inXile, Wasteland 2s developer, with QA testing of the localised international versions of the game.
It should be noted that Deep Silver are not funding Wasteland 2 so inXile still have full creative control. The partnership should also allow the developer to focus more time and money on the project, which is due for release late 2013 on PC, Mac and Linux
