New Final Fantasy X/X2 HD Trailer Shown At Gamescom
Longtime Final Fantasy fans may well still be holding out hope for a re-make or re-mastered version of Final Fantasy 7 – but for now they will have to make do with Final Fantasy X and X2 in high definition. The HD double pack was announced quite some time ago and seemed to go into limbo for a while, but the title is now due out later this year.
We have seen quite a few trailers and had little tidbits of news leaked over the last few months – including the announcement of a very tempting limited edition package. Now Square Enix have released another new trailer for the title at the Gamescom show in Cologne.
The video shows the same fight scene in both standard and high definition versions, so fans can see the big differences in both visuals and audio. The newly arranged music is sounding very nice, whilst maintaining the sound of the original tracks where possible, and it is good to see the characters in all their high definition glory.
