Demo & DLC Announced For Payday 2
Martin rather liked Payday 2, giving the game a 8/10 review. Those positive vibes have reverberated around the gaming world, with the co-operative criminal simulator becoming quite a hit with players.
But for Xbox 360 owners that haven’t had the chance to sample the game yet (myself included), a demo for the game has finally be released. The demo features the Branch Bank level, and allows the player to experience the first 10 levels of Payday 2’s character progression system, as well as all four character classes: Mastermind, Technician, Enforcer and Ghost. This demo will be available for PlayStation 3 owners at a later date.
As well as a demo, a former preorder bonus is now available for purchase for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The Loot Bag DLC contains a red dot weapon sight for shotguns and rifles, three unique mask components, a skull mask, an “I LOVE OVERKILL” mask pattern and a red & black colour combination; as well as some in-game cash.
The Payday 2 Xbox 360 demo is out now (PlayStation 3 demo date TBC), while the Loot Bag DLC is available from 16th October, priced at £3.39.
