Dead Island Is February’s First Xbox Games With Gold Title
As you may know, Games With Gold is Microsoft’s answer to Sony’s massively popular PlayStation Plus service, offering Xbox owners with a Xbox Live Gold subscription two “free” games a month.
As revealed recently by Major Nelson, February’s titles are the 8/10 rated Dead Island, and the 7/10 rated Toy Soldiers, both from 2011.
Admittedly, it’s not quite as amazing as the games available on Sony’s side of the net, but getting two decent games on top of arguably the better online infrastructure for consoles is certainly a good deal.
Dead Island is available now, while Toy Soldiers: Cold War will be available on 16th February, both for Xbox 360.
