Breach & Clear: Deadline Landing on Steam Early Access this Autumn

by on July 29, 2014

Mighty Rabbit studios, developer of last years first entry into the tactical shooter genre, “BREACH & CLEAR”, today revealed a sequel to the reasonably well received Android and iOS game. ‘BREACH & CLEAR: DEADline’ will launch this autumn (or spring 2015 for our friends in Austrailia). The title will launch exclusively on Linux and Windows this time around, though, via Steam Early Access. No mobile version is on the cards this time.

BREACH & CLEAR: DEADline looks set to take things up a notch, adding real-time strategy elements to the tactical combat action found in the first entry in the series. That the new title contains RTS elements goes a long way to explaining why the sequel will only appear on PC and Linux platforms. The Mighty Rabbit team is headed up by former Call of Duty creative strategist Robert Bowling. Quite the pedigree, you might say.

Mighty Rabbit give us an idea of what to expect:

A variety of combat scenarios emphasizes the need for different approaches to survive the chaos. Plan and execute detailed strategies in dynamically generated situations to overcome enemies, move through the open world, and get closer to the source of the nefarious worm.”

BREACH & CLEAR: DEADline looks like it may be worth keeping an eye on, we will be, so keep your eyes on GodisaGeek.com.
