Interesting, in a world where most people seem to be complaining about the lack of original ideas, and saturation of yearly franchises, Expansive are looking at the fact Ubisoft are releasing two completely different games for new and old consoles, and seeing if it’s actually a good thing.

Damn, I’m jealous. Out at gamescom, Debbie got to play a new Evolve map called Distillery. I’m really hoping that Evolve will become the game that all my friends play on a regular basis, as I’ve not had that experience for a while now. (FIFA doesn’t count).

Sticktwiddlers: Surgeon Simulator: Anniversary Edition Review

Ah, Surgeon Sim – a game I’ve long felt I should play, but have never actually gotten around to doing, unlike Colm who plays it in the video above. Sean McCarthy has played it as well, and on the PS4 at that! The general consensus for this one seems to be that the game is a daft one, and can be fun, despite the high difficulty.
