PES 2016 Data Pack 2 will Launch December 3rd

by on November 26, 2015

The second free content update for Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 will launch on December 3rd, Konami have revealed.

The pack will add new licensed kits, a new world famous stadium, new detailed player faces and, most importantly, finally fully update the squad rosters.

The new licensed kits will come on the international stage with Germany, Spain and Italy getting the full clobber treatment.

Football is often played in the grandest of venues, and not many come much grander than the Maracana in Rio de Janeiro. On PS4 and Xbox One, the iconic home of the Brazilian national team has been recreated a long with a unique pre-match cut scene.

With the use of Player and Team ID systems, PES has been able to capture incredible likeness of the worlds most famous footballers, and even more are getting the same treatment. Date Pack 2 adds 51 new faces to the game, including the likes of Kevin de Bruyne, Alexsander Mitrovic (god knows why), Julian Draxler, Fernando Torres and the undisputed best player in the world, Jamie Vardy.

More faces will be added in further updates.

Finally, the biggest and most important update of all to come in Date Pack 2 is that the squad rosters for all off line modes will now finally be completed, after the first Data Pack missed out the transfers that were completed after August. Which means you’ll now finally be able to start your manager mode.

Fans have not taken the length of time it has taken for the squads to be fully up dated, least of all me, but at least from December 3rd it will finally all be in order – at least we hope.
