It has been announced today that Nintendo’s focus at E3 will be predominantly on The Legend of Zelda on Wii U. It is also going to be the only playable game Nintendo will be having in their E3 booth.

On June 14, Nintendo’s E3 show will kick off at 17:00 PST and will heavily feature The Legend of Zelda on Wii U, with behind-the-scenes information, commentaries and gameplay footage. If you’ve been waiting for the new Zelda game, you’ll want to be watching, and you can do so on Nintendo’s Twitch channel.

Series Producer Eiji Aonuma has said that The Legend of Zelda on Wii U will be a “clean break from the conventions of previous games, removing boundaries that forced players to follow a set path and introducing new gameplay that has not been experienced in previous games in the series.”
