Blizzard and Facebook team up for social integration
Blizzard just announced a collaboration with Facebook to give gamers new ways to share gaming experiences and bring more entertainment to Facebook.
Facebook Login is a major step in the collaboration between both companies and now you can sign up and login to games like Hearthstone and Overwatch with your Facebook accounts. This uses Facebook’s Live API and players can also livestream directly to Facebook letting friends know when they are live.
Interesting to see Blizzard teaming up with Facebook for login. Lets see what other interesting things this collaboration brings in the future. Maybe allowing people to play Hearthstone on Facebook? Who knows.
