Overwatch to get free weekend on PS4 and Xbox One

Blizzard just announced a free weekend for consoles for Overwatch.

The free weekend for Overwatch begins on September 9 and 7 PM BST. There will be a free weekend client available for download. The free weekend will be on till September 12 at 12 PM BST. This includes all the heroes and every map with every mode. Progress will transfer over to the game if you decide to buy it in the future including loot box unlocks. Note that PlayStation Plus is not required but Xbox Gold is required for this free Overwatch weekend.

Overwatch is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
