Microsoft just announced the Xbox Adaptive Controller.

This is a controller designed around accessibility. The control is perfect for gamers who have limited mobility. Microsoft has been at the forefront of accessibility with gaming and they even have a co-pilot control scheme that lets you control some aspects while someone else does others as a single player in a game.
