Epic Games has no plans to add Save the World to Fortnite on Nintendo Switch
An Epic Games spokesperson discussed Save the World in Fortnite for Nintendo Switch with GameSpot.

An Epic Games representative confirmed the following to GameSpot:
“We have no plans for Save the World on Switch.”
Fortnite is now available on iOS, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC platforms. If you want to play across consoles, read this.
