Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 Demo Coming Soon

by on September 3, 2010

Konami have today announced that a PES 2011 demo for the PlayStation 3 and PC is on the touchline, ready to make an impact on the football gaming market on September 15th. However, PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to gain exclusive access to the demo a week sooner, on September 8th. There has been no confirmed date so far for the Xbox 360 demo, however Konami has promised this will be delivered shortly.

The trial game will allow players to play a one-on-one match, either against the computer or another human player. Online play is not an option, so it is same-sofa multiplayer only. The four playable teams in the demo will be Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Chivas Guadalajara and Internacional. Oh and the matches will last 10 minutes.

The full game will make its big-match debut on October 8th in the UK – one week following the release of FIFA 11. The rest of Europe will get their hands on PES 2011 a week earlier on September 30th. Remember to check out our hands-on impressions of both of the “big two” football games. You can find them on our features page.
