Mass Effect 2: Arrival DLC Images Leaked

by on March 17, 2011

Last month news broke that a PlayStation 3 trophy update patch leaked the name of the next chunk of Mass Effect 2 DLC. That add-on will be titled Arrival and although it has yet to be officially announced by developers Bioware, that hasn’t stopped them from using social media sites to tease fans with a few images taken from it. The images are all fairly ambiguous, but one of them does seem to picture a character from behind, who looks a lot like Commander Shepherd. Rumours had begun to stir that Shepherd would not be the playable character for this add-on, but it seems like that may not be the case.

In further gossip, Bioware forum members are speculating that the game will either concentrate on the Reaper’s arrival to Earth – as is shown in the Mass Effect 3 teaser trailer shown off at the VGAs, or look back more into the past and focus on where they came from initially. Either way these images don’t reveal much, but take a look below and see for yourself, and why not discuss your thoughts on it in our forums?
