PlayStation Vita Hits the Roads with “Vita Rooms”

PlayStation VitaPlayStation Access, the ‘access all areas’ community for UK gamers, have announced that they are once again hitting the road and travelling across the UK, but this time they’ll have a handful of Sony’s new portable console for people to try out.

Starting in Manchester from Friday 13th January until Wednesday 18th January, the PlayStation Access “Vita Rooms” will allow gamers to get some hands-on time with the PlayStation Vita, as well as a host of titles for the machine such as Uncharted: Golden Abyss, FIFA 12, Reality Fighters, MotorStorm RC, ModNation Racers: Road Trip, Little Deviants, Escape Plan, Super Stardust and Wipeout 2048. Quite the list I’m sure you’ll agree.

Staff will be available at the Vita Rooms to answer any questions you can think of (regarding the console that is, I’m not sure what the staff think about the search for the Higgs boson), and there may also be the chance to meet the developers of some of the games on show.

After Manchester, the Vita Rooms will be heading to Glasgow, Birmingham and London throughout January and February of next year, so don’t worry if you can’t make the Manchester event as there’ll be other opportunites for you to get your hands on a PlayStation Vita.

For more information on how to get tickets to the events, head to the PlayStation Access Facebook page.
