Xbox LIVE Newsbeat 21st February – March 5th 2012: Alan Wake Joins the House Party and New Assassin’s Creed DLC Dated

With the Xbox LIVE Arcade House Party getting into full swing, the latest Xbox LIVE newsbeat contains some big hitters. Alan Wake’s American Nightmare launches tomorrow, and you can read the official GodisaGeek word on the game right here. And the week after that, intriguing shooter Nexuiz will also be hitting XBLA.

Perhaps the biggest piece of news to come out of the newsbeat this week however, is the confirmed release date for the Assassin’s Creed: Revelations Lost Archive DLC. An Achievement list was leaked earlier this month, that hinted at a forthcoming piece of DLC that would expand upon the story mode, with some Desmond-related Achievements included – and it looks like come February 28th, Ubisoft will be revealing all as the Lost Archive goes live on Xbox LIVE.

Aside from that whopping news, the hilariously-named Gangstas in Space will be available for Saints Row 3, as well as a new Workout pack for UFC Trainer from current Light-Heavyweight Champion, Jon Jones. And for those of you looking for a bargain, Microsoft Studios titles Gears of War 3 and /Fable III are both going to see massive reductions across much of their respective DLC, as the two games get the Deal of the Week treatment this month.
