Leaked Assassin's Creed III images Show Full-Scale WarWe have already seen quite a few leaked images from Assassin’s Creed III, in addition to the officially-sanctioned trailers and artwork. Now it seems like a few new in-game images have been leaked – showing our new Assassin Connor actually taking to the Battlefield.

Four new images have somehow surfaced on the internet, and they show the latest protagonist stalking his way through battllions of soldiers on the battlefield of the Revolutionary war. We can see that large-scale fights and cannon-based warfare will be included, and we get a good look at some of the costumes and environments that will no doubt feature heavily in the title. Considering that Ubisoft have spoken at length about the game featuring wooded areas for Connor to hide in and travel through the trees – we can see that large, open areas of battleground will also feature.

This is quite exciting for the series, as thi is quite a departure from the civillian-populated cities and villages that have featured most prominently in past Assassin’s Creed games. How much these war-based areas will feature in the game is, of course, unknown – but it will be interesting to see how gameplay and mechanics will differ from past entries in the series because of the change in setting. I’m sure that a lot more details will be revealed in the coming months, and GodisaGeek will be sure to bring you them first.
