All-Miiverse-Posts-Will-Have-to-be-Approved-by-NintendoSocial networks provide great places to express your thoughts and opinions, Miiverse will allow you to do just that… as long as Nintendo approves.

The Miiverse was first unveiled during Nintendo’s E3 press conference, it will allow gamers to post comments and discuss popular games.

However today Nintendo have revealed that every single post will have to be approved by Nintendo’s human resources personnel. This means each post will take around 30 minutes to appear for others to see.

Nintendo boss Satoru Iwata spoke to the LA Times about the Miiverse posting situation:

The attraction of a social network is the immediacy of the feedback, but Nintendo needed to balance that with the need to make the service child-friendly. Personally, I think 30 minutes should be acceptable.

Of course the 30 minutes delay is only an estimate this could easily rise depending on the amount of people using the service. Although with that being said, the appeal of chatting about games with a massive delay will probably leave the service barren within a few weeks of launch.
