Rumour: Microsoft Set to Show Xbox Smart Glass Tablet at E3
Microsoft may not be ready to unveil the next generation of Xbox but could an Xbox tablet be on the cards?
Examiner first reported that Microsoft will be showing an Xbox Smart Glass tablet behind closed doors at E3 next week. Various Xbox LIVE applications will be accessible via the tablet, such as YouTube, Netflix, and Vevo. The report goes on to say live streaming will also be a feature, allowing videos and pictures to be pushed from the tablet to a TV via the Xbox 360.
Apparently an app will also be released for Windows Phone 7, Android, and iOS devices, given users the ability to control their Xbox 360’s remotely.
As ever we must state that this is just a rumour and nothing has been confirmed at the moment, but would an Xbox tablet be something you’d be interested in?
