Battlefield Fans Looking Forward to Multiplayer More Than Single Player in Battlefield 4

Battlefield-Fans-Looking-Forward-to-Multiplayer-More-Than-Single-Player-in-Battlefield-4This comes as no surprise, really. The majority of sane individuals were bemused that the 17 minutes of gameplay that EA and DICE decided to show off was taken from the single player campaign.

Well, the people have spoken. With thanks to Gamespot, we’ve seen that a recent poll EA ran on the official Battlefield blog outlines that the general public are more excited about the multiplayer in Battlefield 4.

With a total of 82%, Battlefield fans are obviously more excited about playing online than cutting off limbs and listening to Bonnie Tyler in the single player campaign as that option only managed to get 18% of the votes. All you have to do is go back to the last entry in the series and the one thing that kept people talking (and playing) was Battlefield 3‘s multiplayer.

Remember, this landslide victory comes off the back of…nothing. We know nothing about the online modes of Battlefield 4, yet more are enticed by that than by the 17 minute video we saw a few weeks back. That’s pretty telling.
