With its retail release quickly approaching, we have been treated to a lot of new videos and screenshots from Codemasters’ new Grid 2 racing game. Now, the developers have unveiled another new trailer, that gives us a look at some of the Drift racing events and the Asian locations featured in the title.

The new video – entitled “World Series Racing 3: Asia – New Frontiers” – takes gamers on a tour of locations such as those inspired by Okutama in Japan, and the new addition of Hong Kong. We also see the cars speeding through Dubai and Abu Dhabi – showcasing a variety of different race styles.

Drift events are the other focus of the video, where we see cars trying to record the highest scores, where they build up points from the speed, angle and duration of their drifts. Drift events will feature across most game modes, including; career mode, split-screen and online. The mode rewards players for precise control under high pressure.

In the meantime, as you wait for the game to be released, why not check out the full GodisaGeek.com preview of the title here.
