Ninja Theory are Entering the Mobile Games Market with Fightback

by on May 24, 2013

One of the UK’s hottest developers is Ninja Theory. No question. From the cult classic of Enslaved, and undoubtedly one of this year’s best games, DmC: Devil May Cry. Now, they’re moving into the mobile space with Fightback.

Chillingo is publishing the studio’s first smart phone title and COO Ed Rumley is explained that the two are confabbing about Fightback, regularly:

“Chillingo is very excited to collaborate with such a talented, critically-acclaimed studio to help shape their first title for the mobile market. Our team is working closely with Ninja Theory to ensure Fightback delivers a phenomenal experience for mobile and tablet devices.”

Fightback is an F2P action game “with a striking 80s action movie vibe and a revolutionary touch-based combat system” that will be released on iOS and Android this Summer. Ninja Theory on iOS is another feather in the cap of those that take mobile gaming seriously. If you don’t, you’re just being silly at this stage, really.
