Might & Magic: Duel Of Champions Tournament “Road to Paris” Announced
Ubisoft announced a new Might & Magic: Duel Of Champions tournament today, entitled “Road to Paris”. This global event for the studios recent collectible card game on PC/iPad will culminate in a world championship match at Paris Games Week, taking place October 30-November 3
The tournament will take place both on and offline over the summer with only 8 players being called to Paris for a chance to be crowned world champion. Participants will be chosen in the following ways; 2 from monthly online qualifiers, 3 from European live events, 1 from a series of US live events, 1 from a live event in Australia and 1 online “last chance” elite wildcard swiss tournament
The live events will take place in PAX Australia in Melbourne, July 19-20, GenCon in Indianapolis, August 15-18, Gamescom in Cologne, August 22-25, Fan Expo in Toronto, August 22-25, Eurogamer in London, September 26-29 and Paris Games Week, October 30-Nov 3
