New Rocksmith 2014 Video Reveals Improved Guitarcade
Ubisoft’s Rocksmith was finally released in Europe at the end of last year, and while it had a few faults; it was certainly a good first attempt at an alternative method of guitar tutoring.
The 2014 edition of Rocksmith is due out in October, and certainly looks to improve on every aspect of the original. One mode that proved to be a lot of fun was the Guitarcade, that required you improve your guitar techniques by engaging in various mini-games – That mode is returning and the following trailer shows off a ton of new games and features for this mode.
I don’t know about you, but the new games look entertaining, and more importantly; useful. I didn’t play the original Rocksmith anywhere as near as much as I should have, so I definitely have my eye on this new revision.
Rocksmith 2014 will be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on October 25th. Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions are also planned.
