Capcom Show off new Ultra Attacks for Ultra Street Fighter IV

Capcom have released videos showing the Super and Ultra attacks for Ultra Street Fighter IV’s four new additions to the Street Fighter IV character roster.

Rolento, Poison, Hugo and Elena are new to Street Fighter IV but they were all present in Street Fighter X Tekken, so it’s unsurprising to see their super attacks making the transition as well.

It’s not that lazy though as all characters are sporting new attacks along with the old. Well, new to Street Fighter IV, at least. You’ll remember that Rolento, Hugo and Elena are all Street Fighter alumni, and their attacks come from past games.

Poison’s new attacks, however, are brand new. And painful. Ouch.

Capcom’s community man ComboFiend provided some flavour text on the Capcom Unity update, referring to one Ultra as ‘the coolest’, and one as ‘the best’. Safe to assume he’s a fan.

Check out all of the videos below. I hope they’re not final. There’s just something not ‘finished’ with, say, Rolento’s Take no Prisoners. Lacking some sound effects Anyway, the animations look lovely. Roll on 2014.
